Arguably, Clinton can be blamed for 9/ll. And certainly the Cole, the first WTC bombing, and terrorist attacks. He did little or nothing, despite his claims.

I blame Clinton and his Adm for two major things...One, he/they didn't bash our heads and tell us just how serious this threat was, nor did he level with the MSM about that truth either, and Two, he/they continued with the pretense for the entire term of office, but have continued that to this day. They have done NOTHING but bash Bush from the git-go....NOTHING. This is America we are talking about. One would think that the Democrats who were really serious about the dangers to this country, would join in on the effort to rid the world of these totalitarian Islamofanatics...... But no, they haven't. I do blame them for that.
