now have wireless broadband and notebook PC setup as well Huh, I knew you couldn't stay away even on a paradise island! Have fun TJ, And re: "but will be cut off from i-net, as i will not bring PC" Don't count on it. Internet facilities are on every corner, the question is can you resist the temptation :} I can understand though, that one needs something to break the monotony of those 2 hour massages every day!! Coup what couP? And who the hell was Thaksin anyway :}

Enjoy it while it lasts TJ. I hadn't been paying attention to the coup. It seems that the General who took over is a Moslem. In fact what has happened is that Islamic Jihad now has control of Thailand, whereas it was previously majority Buddhists [or people who purported to be Buddhists though they had quite an attachment to the temporal world and material benefits thereof]. Islamic Jihad is steeped in blood, so the clear blue water is likely to get a red stain. Tourists will give Thailand a wide berth as Islamic Jihad tightens their grip and squeezes the blood out of opponents. Edit... speak of the devil.
