EPLAY: So the problem in Russia is that level (2) started buying level (1) ...and almost got away with it...

ELMAT: It always happen when the old regime dies out –the one that looted Czar Nicoalu- fell down because it was rotten. It always like this, when the regime falls, everyone tries to get to be Level 1.

EPLAY: And corrupt countries are where the people at level (1) either don't have enough money and/or are not content with having power, and keep sticking their hands in the pocket of the business people and others at (2) so they start to leave...

ELMAT: Corrupt countries, there is money to satisfy ONLY level 1. Level 2 has power to extract money from level 3 and sometimes even from level 1. You can’t imagine how ‘zealous’ they are about rules!! They love to create a gate, padlock it and them rent the keys!!!

That's New Zealand: <And corrupt countries are where the people at level (1) either don't have enough money and/or are not content with having power, and keep sticking their hands in the pocket of the business people and others at (2) so they start to leave... >

Foolishly, the greedies at Level 1 in New Zealand don't even see themselves as corrupt. So they think they are doing a good thing by cleaning out Level 2 and giving it to themselves and their supporters in Level 3. They truly do. They think of themselves as noble do-gooders as the welfare beneficiaries rip themselves and each other to bits, and anyone else they get their hands on. It's carnage out there now. But there is a Level 4 baby boom because that's the easiest way to get more money from the government who takes it from Level 2. Level 4 is the level below level 3 which at least produces self-sustaining value through actual work. Level 4 is the bludger world living on handouts.

Unfortunately for those in Level 1, Level 3 and especially Level 4, those in Level 2 keep the show on the road. Without them, Level 1 has no loot to play with and those at Level 3 get to scrabble for the dollar of the occasional tourist who curiously passes by. Or, simply rob them. Which of course then stops further tourists coming by.

Have you looked at FDG lately ? Do you think it is worth buying or has more downside. The dividend yield is 11% but they have been cutting the payouts every quarter...
