Q staunchly beleives they have not infringed and BRCM staunchly beleives the opposite. Therefore a settlement is highly unlikely prior to judgement.

Limtex, you are seeing certain characteristics with Qualcomm in an exaggerated manner. You see the negatives in the stock and you allow your mind to blow them out of proportion. You focus on processes markedly different than the majority of posters on this board. This is in some instances a sign of depression. I would guess there is something in your life other than Qualcomm that is troubling you. A negative thought process is very subtle, hard to come to grips with, but can be resolved over a period of a few months. More importantly, having this outlook in investing, can be costly.
