Where's the apology from the rightwing about lying to falsely claim Clinton had anything to do with 9-11? And falsely claiming he was offered Osama? And falsely claiming Bush was on the ball on terrorism? And falsely claiming Clinton raped, murdered and ran drugs? Where are the apologies for all the 100% phony smears? I don't see them. And what about the apologies due to honest war hero Kerry? Where are they? You see, there's a big difference between calling someone guilty a name, and just making up fabricated crimes and falsely accusing someone with no credible evidence whatsoever. That's the difference between tough politics and smear campaigns. Democrats don't do smear campaigns.
