For me there are 2 reasons as well why intel will lose the case
1. There is evidence in other countries that intel broke the law. Japan officially said they are guilty.

Wrong on 2 accounts. #1 Last week a US court ruled that nothing outside the US could be used in this case and #2, no Japanese Court ever ruled any such thing. A Japanese commission determined that in their opinion Intel had violated the law but it never went to court and Intel never defended itself in that case. Intel accepted the commission's recommendations, not their determination. There was no Court decision.

2. Intel gave rebates to OEMs if they keep a minimum share for intel of above 80-90% which were so high that AMD didn´t got a more business in Compaq although they were ready to give millions of chips free of charge to them. That is strictly illegal from my point of view and that issue alone will surprise the jury quite well.

So says AMD. That's their claim. In Court they'll have to present proof it happened and then show that it is in violation of the law. I don't think they can because I think Intel was fully aware of the law and so was their sales force.

It will all come out in the wash.

>> Don´t be so sure. I bet intel is going to lose that war, and it might be their last one.

Amazing your post got only 2 rec's. You should demand a recount. Surely there are more gullibles here than that. You should accept nothing less than 12 rec's.
