So AMD was suing for damages resulting from actions in Japan both in Japan and in the US, figuring if they don't find sympathy there, they might here ? Are these people just a bunch of whiners, or what ? Anyhow, a suit that starts in 3 years, and might go for a couple more is beyond the investment lifetime of most speculators, you included.
