as the "one former employee" who posted the info that ephud pointed you to:

what part of my post did you find unworthy of your consideration as an investor?

I think I stated very clearly that Intel is a big company, 100,000 people worked there before the cuts. Your post is perfectly valid as it applies to you, if you did not cross the line. Can you speak for all the others, obviously not.

As to the relevance of your post to the lawsuit, it's not relevant at all, unless Intel wants every employee to testify, then as part of the process you will count for one.

As an ex member of Intel's sales force, you are exactly the type of person that the faithful here believe was responsible for carrying out Intel's evil deeds. While you acknowledge having extensive training on how to conduct yourself within the law, the faithful also believe that to be effective in screwing AMD you must have also been given clandestine training on how to break the law and appear as though you had not. Intimidation, threats, torture, bribery and survival training must have been part of the curriculum. Can you go into some of the detail of that training? Was it done overseas? Were they expatriot special forces types who did the training? Or were you ordered to be silent upon penalty of death or long July hours locked in a sun drenched Phoenix porta potty listening to rap music?

golfbum,

what part of my post did you find unworthy of your consideration as an investor?

The fact that your position in Intel sales ended in 2000 is enough for me... You weren't in the picture during the timeframe covered by AMD's allegations.

What you knew about Intel's practices before 2000 is totally irrelevent.
