Let me be clear about this now, I don't believe a word you have written So you don't believe that Intel requires all their sales force to receive annual training on how to conduct themselves within the law? That's a pretty silly position for you to take. I can assure you that Intel requires all employees, not just their sales force, to take extensive training on such matters with annual refresher courses. The sales staff gets more training because their interaction with customers is main part of their job. The policy is clear and has always been to operate within the law. It will all come out in the wash.
