Shack is the moderator, and he makes the rules. In part, imo, present rules are a reflection of the fact that there is very little day trading of index futures going on here, and much more trading of options on individual issues. I used to think that it is easy to jump continuously from one time frame to another. The truth is that often enough focusing on intraday wiggles can make one lose the clear vision of the larger picture. Not easy to interrelate all those "robust" fractals of different degrees.
