Cobalt...going after teenagers HAS been going on since the beginning of time. The REASON that the age of consent is 16 in most states is that if it wasn't they'd have to lock up MANY of the high school boys in the country. The age of consent doesn't automatically give a FREE pass to 50 year old guys. Do you have kids?

Amazing! I had no idea California has an 18 age of consent to sexual relations. I just assumed that it's 16 around the world [more or less], 8 in Islamic countries, 12 in Holland [maybe with an age difference limit]. I find it hard to believe that there is not massive rape going on in California. Women must be getting raped by the million. Oh, sorry. Female children in California must be getting raped by the million. No wonder the feminists say "all men are rapists". I can imagine [if young] that I could easily get into the class of "rapist". And for USA citizens abroad, it's 18. Does that mean that a 21 year old Kiwi meeting a spunky nearly-18 American woman, travelling around the country, will be water-boarded in rendition locations if he is tempted into her web of love and they go travelling together? Oh, sorry, I mean of course a nearly-18 American child. Scary stuff. Mqurice

Being concerned about female children being raped, I checked statistics and yes, horrifyingly, 75% of New Zealand female children are raped before they are 18 years old. Shocking! findarticles.com From Table 1, you can see [well, being mathematically illiterate, albeit excellent at algebra, you can't], that of 458 females, 320 were raped as children [using the California definition of "rape" and "children"]. That means 70% of New Zealand females have been raped as children [assuming the study represents the wider community]. Oddly, although having been raped as children, nearly all the females say they were equally willing to go at it with their personal rapist. Female American children should obviously stay well clear of New Zealand. Though, on the other hand, New Zealand males are obviously so amazingly attractive that even though they have been raped, the female children report that they were equally willing. Since they can legally enjoy the amazing New Zealand males, female California and Arizona children over the age of 16 and under the age of 18 should hasten to New Zealand to find Utopia. Though I'm not sure about the effect of that American law for American children overseas. I think I'll have to accelerate the annexation of Hawaii to form the Northern North Island of Greater New Zealand. Then female American children wouldn't need to travel so far and could enjoy a much better climate [NZ winter is hideous, though cars these days have heaters, so female children being willingly raped down Lover's Lane can do so without shivering]. I wonder what the law is when children are both children and willingly ... hmmm, problems, problems. Since neither is old enough to know what they are doing, they presumably can't be punished either. This excellent plan won't be of benefit to me personally, being too old to rape female American children visiting NZ, but I imagine that I could well be nominated for the Order of New Zealand by a grateful younger male generation. Never mind the Islamic Jihad "70 virgins after martyrdom", the young Kiwi blokes could have, ummm, 300 million Americans, 4 million Kiwis, half of each sex... that must be something like 70 female American virgins each, hot, alive, gorgeous and grateful, in the here and now, not the hereafter. I think I could get a double gong for that!! Maybe that American law about Americans overseas having to be 18 is to foil my nefarious plan before I'd even thought of it. Curses. Mqurice
