What's the difference between a couple of Louisiana congressmen.....Bob Livingston and William Jefferson? Livingston resigns over an extra marital affair and Jefferson is still serving and thawing out his cash.

The difference between Al Capone and Barney Frank? Capone did time for tax evasion....what I.R.S. forms apply for house of prostitution profits? Where do you get that particular business license in D.C.? Or is it just a mere zoning variance situation?

But Barney Frank had a pedophile prostitution ring running from his house, selling 10-12 year old boys to old men and you democrats didn't care. there's the difference
