I posted a link and made it very clear that it was one man's opinion. A man with expertise in that area.

Yes, and I easily debunked the product of that expertise.

I also pointed out that it was a point of view that you would never hear here otherwise.

Uhh, we hear it here regularly, from the cross-training the Intel fans get as they shuttle back and forth between forums.

What I object to about your post, at least what I could make sense of, was the premise that Intel is fundamentally evil and breaking the law as a matter of policy.

Blowing smoke. Please indicate to me where I stated or implied this "premise."

That's AMD's claim and yet to be supported by facts that can be argued before a Court of Law.

Blowing smoke. How would you know? Do you have inside knowledge regarding AMD's case preparation?

Apparently the only point in question, in your mind, is exactly how they go about doing it (breaking the law) and to what extent the lower level people are involved or have knowledge of.

Blowing smoke. Actually, I just rebutted Duke's bogus Intel defenses. I didn't even talk about AMD's evidence or proof.

You quote the law yet you claim no expertise or training in that area. Why should your reading have any merit? If you are qualified then say so. I could quote Gray's Anatomy but I'd hardly be qualified to do brain surgery. Things may not be as simple as they appear to you.

You should concern yourself with what I write rather than my credentials. How do you know Duke's arguments are credible? He's an anonymous poster, just like me. The only difference is that he's claiming some authority. Is that all it takes for you to trust what someone says without critical thought?
