"Your view, and that of some of the others, must require additional training on how to break the law. Otherwise there would be no way for the sales force to carry out the diabolical policy you seem so convinced exists."

"This is getting ludicrous. You guys are so worked up in a froth that you're losing touch with reality."

"It will all come out in the wash."

We agreed that discussion of this issue was meaningless, you then went on to bring in an alleged Intel salesman, with a perpetual schooling comment on the legal edges of selling Intel's chips.

Then you brought in an alleged lawyer that supports Intel's case, and having read AMD's complaint, I am fully aware that the issues cited by both of your supporting cast witnesses, do not apply to what AMD has charged in the complaint.

I repeat, you did this after we agreed that discussing this issue is meaningless. You continue to do this, and you continue to bring in a supporting cast to support your side of the story, in a thread that we both agreed was meaningless.

I never stated what my view on this issue was, except that your witness parade was meaningless as to what AMD alleged occurred.

Isn't this what we agreed on before the parade (charade) of witnesses were brought in by you.

I suggest you read AMD's complaint before you try to play lawyer. At least then you will know that the defense you have presented do not apply to the specific charges.
