You ask for a body. I showed you a body most all see. Historical fact. I pointed out that the issue is not whether there is a body, but what was it's cause of death.

Missing sales is certainly an effect IF a crime took place ... We agree on that much, but that is about all.

No one has heard a word about those other possibilities
There have been plenty of words.

The biggest debate will be whether Intel's aggressive use of rebates is or is not illegal. That is why the Claton Act will be an important part of the case. Which also bring up the issue of even if illegal, if a US company commits anti-competitive acts against another US company on foreign soil does US law apply and US courts have jurisdiction?

Everyone just accepts that Intel did it because AMD says so. Certainly not everyone.
