Atcually, they are buying powder, they will probably sell to cement plants that will turn it into wet cement and sell it for $120 or more per yard. As far as putting it on a boat, we have been shipping it in from China to Utah for years now. Steve

SLJB is dealing in "..cement.." which is the powdered 'glue' that binds all the crushed rock and sand in concrete together once it is mixed with water in a concrete delivery truck or on-site concrete mixer. cement.org Cement is usually sold in 50-pound bags, often stacked on pallets. Or, it is sold in bulk by the Ton (metric or short) - shipped in huge trucks, rail cars, or by ships similar to grain or coal carrying vessels. John :-) .
