The absurdity is going beyond your usual here.

How does a vendor manage to sell goods at "inflated prices compared to the competition?"

>> In case you haven't heard, protecting consumers is the basis for US antitrust law.

The further absurdity is that you are accusing Intel of hurting consumers by using the mechanism of reducing prices to PC makers. i.e. giving rebates to computer makers for buying larger quantities.

But don't lose heart. There can always be gullible juries.
