++ Also, if BRCM should win with their "minor" 3G IPR, what does this imply for the Q in their GSM infringement action which essentially enabled GSM to extend its life by 10 years and compete against CDMA2000?

+++ In other words, could this potential loss set up a HUGE win for the Q against NOK (BRCM /others) for GSM infringement?
