I don't eat spinach salad, anyway, so not worried. About the only thing I do with spinach is put it in lentil soup, which I make Lebanese style, with spinach and lemon juice. Might substitute escarole, which I actually prefer anyway.

But we inhale bagged salads, made from lettuces of all kinds, shapes and colors. So nice to be liberated from washing, trimming, cutting and chopping.

But after googling it, researchers have found E coli on bagged salads, even Dole, which is NOT organic. Dole is the most common brand of bagged salad we buy.
