Quite honestly I hope the Republicans retain control of everything. The way I see it things in the Middle East and also the economy look like they could really fall off a cliff over the next couple of years. If the Republicans retain power there will obviously be no-one to blame but them. I think the average American is too dumb to realize what good government is – they are entirely controlled by “hot button” phrases and issues and dumb meaningless slogans like "cut and run". It will take a complete slap in the face for the larger populace to see how badly the Republicans have governed
