I try not to get in the gutter with folks, but this statement is an outright lie. Shame on you.

Can you verify why it is a lie? I know the temperature is rising when the stock comes down, but accusing someone is lying without any supporting fact/document is just amazing, and even to suggest to ban for issuing caution is hitting below the belt.

Is the following a lie?

On the other hand, Broadcom says it has an edge in the fight because ITC staff attorneys have backed its patent-infringement claims -- and administrative law judges often follow the position taken by the staff attorneys.

Carranza2: apology gracefully accepted.
