The link is dated October 2, 2006 and is not current?

I am still awaiting for your backing your statement with a source. Why can't you do it? I have done research on QCOM more than you know. If you have done the same, you can at least give the link as I have done. I find your post amazing since it should be directed to yourself for not being able to prove that you have done research. How many people do you know at QCOM, or maybe you will meet me in QCOM Christmas party on Feb 13? There are magic shows (plural) and food galore. Shall we compare notes at that party?

Or aren't you not current? I do not have any agenda, although is have sold some of my holdings in Q albeit rather late, I am still a stupid investor for still holding a portion of QCOM stock.

carra - clealry there is something going on. The stockof a company like the Q doesn't just fall 3-4% a day for days on end. And BRCM going up like a rocket..this isn't normal.

Mana means well and everyone is getting a bit tetchy becuase something unnatural is going on and it is having a serious effect on many peoples portfolios. We shouldn't be having a go at eachother.

We have seen many posts today that query where the gross margin frm the increased revenues are going. Many people expected the very opposite of what appears to be happening ie as the units increased there would be an increasing eps as all the extra revenues should be marginal income. But its not happening and despite massive R&D increases Q doesn't seem to be cutting great swathes in the w-cdma market.

What we were all thinking about in May I can't begin to fathom.Seems so long ago.

Best,

L
