MM, if you have had it checked by a Doc, OK....BUT if you haven't had an xray and had it checked, please do. I totally had a mess the first one in 1992, and truly thought I just didn't want a cortizone shot. Little did I know how much I had damaged it because of that "trying to tough it out and not be a baby" attitude. The surgery was tough, and recovery took a long time....but I did get the arm back after lots of PT. I've now messed it up again, and have to have the thing fixed again. The Doc said to "not blow it off and to get back in there" ....

Trust me, I'm trying to wait as long as possible to put it off...but also aware of what happened the last time. It's a very fine line to walk.
