I believe he said that at the conference call following the release of annual earnings last January. Art

Art, as per my notes Sandisk shipped 11mm card for the mobile market in 4Q05 (Jan CC you refer to) and most of it was oem business. Since then in 1Q06 and 2Q06 they have shipped 13mm and 16mm cards for the mobile markets and again most of these have been low-density oem cards but the retail after-sales for the mobile segment, which is included in those numbers, is increasing rapidly as we speak. Eli has talked about mobile segment many times and has said that eventually the units and the MB's used by this segment will be greater than even mp3 segment + DSC segment combined but I do not believe we have reached there yet. It is possible that we may have higher unit sales for the mobile segment by 4Q of this year but the MB consumption for this segment is unlikely to exceed the MB consumption of the DSC segment so quickly. The estimate for mobile phones with slots this year was about 200mm but the attach rate has been slow but we are getting there. On the other hand, DSC is a mature market with about 100mm units for this year and the attach rate is above 100% as many people buy more than one card.
