You didn't ask for a link, so I told you what it was. When the lawsuit was filed, all the details were readily available, and that particular issue was the most prominently discussed. The next most prominent issue was the selection of Delaware over California for the trial site.

On the legalities of this, I am not positive, as memory is vague on the details, but both companies are my registered in Delaware, have Offices in California. On this last issue, I'm positive of the choice, but not the legal issues it pertains to.
