In a series of appearances on the talk-show circuit yesterday, White House counselor Dan Bartlett dismissed parts of Bob Woodward's new book, "State of Denial," saying the veteran reporter had "already formulated some conclusions even before the interviewing began" for the book. I saw bartlett on cbs...he was tentative and not credible. All the statements made so far by the president's men and women have been tentative and very soft. They know that woodward is ready for the inevitable personal assault that the WH will unleash. Al
