BRCM down almost a dollar from its day high. In this case the market spoke early saying "BRCM would win the case", but then it changed its mind saying "maybe not"...but then it changed its mind again saying "it could be maybe but look out and screw all of you who bought when the market spoke earlier." IE that earlier movement was a fake market statement ... or maybe this one is...How can one ever tell... best just to sell everything and that way you won't lose.
