Cheney shot a friend in the face and let his victim apologize to him, risking his life by taking him to a small private hospital which was not the closest one. Cheney didn't even apologize. Some gentleman. And was Bush a gentleman chewing with his mouth open, saying "shit" and giving the German Chancellor an unwanted neck rub at the G-8 summit. What kind of gentleman is that? Cheney and Bush have very poor manners. Just because they're more gentlemanly than a somewhat wacky South American doesn't make them any less roguish, arrogant, rude and deceitful.
