Hastert was a boys wrestling coach. He is said to have two gay roomates in DC. Now with all due respect to the sport of wrestling, the wrestling coach at my high school turned out to be a closet case. Which may explain why Hastert covered up for Foley. This morning Bill O'Reilly called on all GOP congressmen who covered up for Foley to step down. That from America's #1 conservative talkshow.

It is interesting to watch them fall all over themselves. Newt says it was taken care of while Hastert says he never knew anything about it until last Friday. What a friggen bunch of liars. It is also noteworthy that many righties think sexual connections between consenting adults and propositioning children are equal. They keep comparing it to Clinton (consenting adults) and Frank (consenting adults). We are getting a clear look at what their "family values" really are.

Hastert denies GOP leaders saw e-mails Mon Oct 2, 2:51 PM ET WASHINGTON * Hastert is only refering to the latest batch of emails. He did not mention the fact he saw plenty of other earlier emails, thus he is intentionally trying to deceive the public to save his fat ass. This will not work. The press knows and will continue investigating his obvious cover up. Hastert needs to step down, not lie and deceive.
