Chavez is a loony, a court jester, the type that is kept around for laughs. If we were going to assassinate anybody, he would not be top on the list. When I heard that Chavez was going to do away with constitutional limits on the number of terms he can serve, the type of man he is became extremely clear. For reasons which escape me, leaders like him are popular in Latin America. And, Latin America remains backwards and their governments corrupt. Sad. I know you think our government is corrupt (I don't agree) but at least we have a comfortable standard of living. Apparently the people of Venezuela are willing to endure both poverty and corruption.
