Wrong. Democrats would have investigated Foley in 2005 and thrown him out. Just as they wanted to investigate Jeff Gannon male escort in the WH 202 times in one year, but the GOP leadership refused to look into it.

being gay is not a crime nor even unethical, but butt-banging prostitutes or young boys is very serious stuff.

I would also remind you that Foley was in charge of the subcommittee to protect children from sexual predators and Hastert went along with it.
