First I would like to know what the crime was exactly. I mean What is the age of consent if DC or the state Foley was in or the state the kid was in. I would like to know how many kids were involved. If the boy is over the age of consent, and there was no sex, no one has so far as I have heard intimated there was sex, The guy is guilty of dirty messaging. In the messages I have seen there didn't seem to be a message saying screw off foley ya bug me. So was the kid a willing participant or what? Hysterics and conviction before one has any facts, and I don't have a lot of them seems to be the forte of the Democrats.
