This is for you dense; there is a federal law that addresses enticement between an adult and a minor (defined here as anyone under the age of 16). For more details, google it. Consent has very little relevancy here.

-- The law that might be involved is the prohibition on "enticement," which makes it a crime to use any interstate means of communication to entice minors to engage in any sexual act.
