Well, at least they got that last mil w/o wts except broker wts.

But the prev flow thru fin was a friggin disaster IMO, brought
out around 5M sh driving down to 36, followed by the recovery
by Schaefer promo.

I think flow thru should have a 1 yr hold, tax advantage just
too great, sh can be thrown away and still yield a profit.
