I agree, but the blood money return on investment in weapons is so great...
They are like printers= ink.

You buy the rifle...
you have to keep buying those darn bullets every so often..

you buy the bomber...
you have to keep buying those darn bombs (if there is a war, that is)

but if you buy the President, you hit the jackpot!

The terrorists are changing the way wars need to be fought.

Terrorists have no chance against us militarily, so they have invented a new type of warfare.

We didn't get it in Vietnam and we aren't getting it in Iraq.

If Bush lets Kissinger and the old school guys ike Rumsfeld and Cheney run the Iraq theatre then we'll lose again.

RUmor has it that Kissinger is advising Bush and thinks the reason we lost in Vietnam is because we lost our will to fight. He can't admit we were wrong to go into southeast Asia and continue to fight.

His ego is being tested here and his hubris is costing this country more men and money.

We certainly do hear Bush try to keep this country's focus on "staying the course".

I say to Mr Bush, "send your daughters into the fight if you think it's such a grand and worthy cause".

The fools, and I do mean fools, can't admit they made a mistake.
