So Taser, Netflix, Fairfax Holdings, Allied Capital, Biovail, etc...are all worthless penny promotions? How about United Airlines a few years back. Each has either make public releases, filed lawsuits, or wrote comment letters to the SEC. Get your head out of the sand dear lad, not all Companies go out and publicly decry the abuse because they see what is happening to those that do. That does not mean they are not concerned and that does not say that they have not spoken to regulators about it. Your ability to minimize this into a penny stock issue is troubling. It means that you have yet to grasp an ounce of the issue after all these years. With that being said, why do you follow the penny stocks so closely? Better still, how exactly do you determine what is a penny pump and what is not? I hope you do not rely on Floyd here as he is clearly as brain dead as you are when it comes to open minds and analyzing issues. Floyd typically resorts to googling SEC investigations to become the basis of his analysis but then with that basis of guilt EVERY Wall street firm is clearly nothing short of thugs orchestrated in criminal activities.
