There should be no double standard. You are absolutely right on...If Foley commited a crime, he should be tried. If Frank commited a crime, he should be prosecuted. If Studds commited a crime, etc. Phil Crane, Mark Hatfield, etc. etc.

If Foley wanted to run again while all this was sorting out, that would have been fine with me. The voters seem to be willing to let Frank continue.....it seems that the voters in his district accept whatever happened and there was no indictment...

Hey, one thing we are all saying is we are tired of the scummy behavior of congress. Period. Throw all the bums out...
