LOLOL! yes, that's definitely one thing I shouldn't have been doing alright....

But I think really, the damage to my shoulder was mostly from arthritis getting in there and just tearing everything to shreds...

And as you know...house work is never done....there's ALWAYS stuff to be lifted, carried, swept, cleaned, put away, taken out, and all of life's little etcs....
