The pricing of the CBAS securities might be telling us that the deal is going to fall through. According to the proxy materials, CBAS has until February 18, 2007 to consummate the acquisition. If this deal falls through on October 26, that would give them a little over two and a half months to close on another deal or liquidate the company. I suspect that they would end up liquidating.
