O.K...I stand corrected. He did not support gay marriage and he did not support treating sex-preference crimes as hate crimes...but beyond that, I don't have anything in his record that says he was anti-gay.

Maybe if he had just limited himself to soliticing gay men over 16 we could all get behind his reelection bid.

I am sure the republicans would have no problem with that, being the "bit tent" party. It's a shame he couldn't admit his sexual preference and take his chances with the electorate....but because he couldn't leave the kids alone, we'll never know how open-minded the voters of Florida might have been.
