"Many of those very same terrorists have come to Iraq and have been killed in Iraq" You actually have half a point there - but were we not in Iraq the vast majority attacking us there now would be living peaceful lives. The US being in Iraq is the root cause of the terrorism in Iraq – we did invade them for bogus reasons after all. If our country was invaded we would hit back at the invaders with everything we got including tactics that would be considered "terrorist". That kind of thinking is too complex for most Americans unfortunately. The people who hurt us are somewhere in Afghanistan or Pakistan although that’s immaterial to the average American. Iraqi’s are Muslim, brown skinned and speak that funny Arabic language just like Bin Laden so that’s close enough for most. Thats why are we fighting the War of '91 over in Iraq when it was Bin Laden that hit us. Look at Bush - he feels that because the likes of Bin Laden play dirty then we must play dirty too. To me that’s a shame because I thought we were the good guys.
