It wasn't Chuck Robert's fault. It was his wife's fault. She didn't do what she should have done to prevent his actions.

That was the argument for Andria Yates, that her husbad didn't do what he should have, seems like it should work here, too. Blame it on the spouse.

I subscribe to the suspicion that many of these types of crimes are side effects of use/misuse of psychological type drugs. Even if it were the case, we will probably never hear about it because of 1 the money behind drug companies and 2 the difficulties in attributing cause.
