Thanks. I guess sometimes I go outside into a beautiful day and I think "how bad could it be on such a day as this."

And, then I read, or watch, or hear the news.

The temptation is to turn off the source of dismay.
Naturally, being committed, I've never done this - although I could have.
Sometimes I wish I had.

Now, the pressure is building. But, it's global, angry, empty, ego. This guy is offended by that guy. This guy wants, that guy demands. Demands. Wants...

It's tragic. People are dying. But - hey! there is money to be made! With that money I can be more important than those around me! Let's do that!

How barren.... how indifferent... how tragic... how disgusting.
