There are credible witnesses who say she did.

There is also the security briefing that was titled "Al Qaeda Determined to Attack in U.S. that she and the President were both given in August, 2001. It didn't even result in one meeting.

I'd say she ignored warnings, and so did Bush. Terrorism simply wasn't a priority for them in the first 8 months of the administration. If you disagree with that statement, please show me any evidence to the contrary. Any speeches by Bush, Rice, or Rumsfeld? Any meetings between any of them on the subject of terrorism? Nope.

Condi Rice (recipe)

Ingredients:

3 cups basmati rice, boiled
200 gm mushrooms, washed well & cut into very thin slices
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
4-5 flakes garlic,chopped & crushed
2 spring onions, sliced finely upto the greens (keep greens separately)
2-3cloves, crushed
Seeds of 2 cardamoms, powdered
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste

Method:

1. Slice mushrooms as finely as you can in "T" shape, boil 1 cup of water with 1 tsp of lemon juice & 1 tsp of salt. Remove from fire and soak finely sliced mushrooms in it. Keep aside
2. Heat oil in a large non-stick pan and add cumin seeds. When it turns golden, add crushed garlic. Stir fry till it starts to change color.
3. Add the white part (bulb) and the light green part of the spring onions & stir fry till transparent.
4. Drain mushrooms well and add to the onions, fry for 4-5 minutes until the mushrooms get cooked and turn brownish.
5. Add crushed cloves, cardamom powder, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder and mix well.
6. Add rice, sprinkle salt and stir for about 2-3 minutes till well fried. Add finely chopped of greens of the spring onions and lemon juice. Fry for another minute and serve hot
