But the republicans always claimed they were better. And dems claim they are... Yes, both stink....but you are one of the few who seem to have realized that if the republicans REALLY stand for family values and protection of the children, then Hastert should go. He made some serious errors of judgemnt about dealing with Foley. It will only get worse. I think you understand that. So many others are blaming the democrats for strictly self-inflicted wounds by the republicans. They aren't even the messenger in this case. ABC says it has gotten most of its help unearthing this from republicans. So, time for some house cleaning (excuse the pun). The republicans can turn this around if they will face up to the fact that it not only looks bad; it is bad.
