I'm not thrilled with the Bush Presidency either.

You know, I think you're coming around. What do you call it when the president can declare anyone, even an American Citizen, an illegal combatant? What do you call it when legislation is proposed by Bush and passes the house (still waiting passage in the Senate and Bush's inevitable signature) declaring that the president has these powers to deny even an American Citizen the right to Habeas Corpus, if he is "somehow" linked to the "terrorists".

I don't know what you call the suspension of the rights of Americans...but I call it Fascism.

There can be no war on terror, no war to bring democracy to the world, when it necessitates the destruction of our own democracy.

As an attorney, I would imagine that you would be upset to see Americans on the verge of losing the right to due process of law.

But apparently you don't know, don't care or you trust in Bush, or in any executive, that he alone can make these determinations and then imprison anyone he wants to without appeal. Yes that is fascism.
