By the way, only congress has the right to declare war. There was no war resolution. Therefore the president has no war powers. Congress has in effect abdicated it's responsibilities to Bush. That means, by virtue of their inaction, they have also committed acts of high treason and therefore the Republican leadership in Congress should also be held accountable for their part in the decimation of the constitution.
