I don't particularly want to "punish" Chavez, I just don't want to give him my money, directly or indirectly.

Ask the people in Denmark whether the Muslim boycott of Danish goods affected their bottom lines.

I expect Citgo to crash and burn, not from the boycott, but because the professional management is being replaced by cronies and political hacks. And because the company is being bled dry to fund social boondoggles.
