What an idiot you are. The constitution does not say anything specific about abortion. The supreme court reviewed the case of abortion in Roe V Wade, and decided the law of the land. They decided on choice within limitations. You know that as well as I do. Under the Constitution, the President is CIC and has the power to wage war..... Your ignorance is startling for a supposed attorney. The constitution grants the power to wage war to the congress. Only congress can declare war. The constitution does not allow the president to suspend the constitution. Only a fascist would ever dream of allowing a single man to decide which American Citizens can be stripped of Habeas Corpus. There is nothing in the constitution that allows that. Cite the passage in the constitution that allows it. Cite it or bite it. Bush has shown that he was wrong about everything so far. You want him to be able to decide who is a "terrorist" and who is not a "terrorist"? The American people cannot allow the constitution to be walked on any more.

Under the Constitution, the President is CIC and has the power to wage war..... Which Constitution? The Nigerian one?! LOL! The US Constitution says that ONLY the Congress can declare war. Probably the framers guessed that some Dumbyass might be crowned President some day and didn't want the bozo to have such sweeping powers. However, they didn't believe that the Congress could possibly be filled with regressive idiots! :-(
