The supreme court is a court of men, not gods. Checks and balances worked in the case of slavery. The founding fathers had it right in the Declaration of Independence: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights... The 13th Amendment abolishes slavery. Our system eventually gets it right, thanks to checks and balances and the constitution. We ought not tinker with a system that works. Impeach Bush Now!
